Auto-Ship Changes or Cancellations

• Need to make a change to your Autoship? Contact customer service at 1-800-342-4792.
• Please do not email Autoship changes or cancellations as they may not be received in timely manner.

In order to prevent an additional Autoship charge and product shipment, your call must be received 3 days prior to your scheduled Autoship run date. Desiring to cancel and/or stop shipment of your Autoship on the processing date may result in a 10% cancellation fee.
If your credit card number has changed or your current card has passed its expiration date, please change the information on your Master Autoship order. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the shipment of your order until we receive the updated information from you. These orders will be voided after 15 business days if we have not been able to contact you for the correct information.
All Autoships that are returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the initial cost of shipping from the company. Refunds will be posted to your original method of payment once the product has been received to our shipping department.
