Core Health Products Guarantee

At Core Health Products, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality, whole food plant-based enzyme products on the market today. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, we do offer a 45 day money back guarantee from the purchase date. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and the consumer is responsible for the costs associated with the return of the items. Also to ensure full credit, items must be returned in new condition, in original boxes and with all proof of purchase paperwork.

If the timespan has gone beyond 45 days and you still wish to return your product purchase, you may do so with a partial refund back to you. A 25% restocking fee with be deducted from your total purchase and the remaining balance will be credited back to you. The previous shipping requirements still apply.

The refund will be posted to your original method of payment once the product has been received to our shipping department.  The account credit timeline is subject to your credit card issuer or bank.

After 90 days from your original purchase date, all products are non-refundable.

Return Policy

Auto-Ship Changes or Cancellations
To change the date or cancel your current auto-ship, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-342-4792. In order to prevent an additional auto-ship charge and product shipment, your request must be received 3 days prior to your scheduled auto-ship run date.

Desiring to cancel and/or stop shipment of your auto-ship on the processing date may result in a 10% cancellation charge.

All autoships that are returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the initial cost of shipping from the company. Refunds will be posted to your original method of payment once the product has been received to our shipping department.

  1. If I selected auto chip. After how many months I can cancel the subscription. And how can I cancel it.

    1. Thanks for your question Salma! Our Autoship program is flexible where you can select it to come every month or every other month (30 or 60 days). You can cancel at anytime and would do so by calling in or emailing into us at least 3 days prior to the Autoship running. You have the ability to modify your shipment at anytime in your customer account as well. Hope this answers your question. 🙂

  2. I can’t seem to get on the site where this was ordered – my computer crashed a few days ago and I lost info. I need to return the MyCore Health back machine. I am 82 and cannot lay on the floor and get up without much assistance.. I used it once and it was just a huge problem for me. Please refund. Thank you.
